These Terms of Service govern your use of norvaux.store and any purchase you make from it. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

The store

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where an item is unavailable, where there is an error in the price or description, or where we suspect fraud. If we do, we will refund any payment in full.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any import duties or taxes that may be levied by the destination country. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already confirmed. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider.

Products

We do our best to display our products accurately, but colours and finishes may appear differently on different screens, and leather and woven textiles vary naturally from piece to piece. Such variation is a characteristic of the material, not a fault.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, photography, graphics and the NORVAUX name and marks, belongs to NORVAUX or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NORVAUX is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NORVAUX operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Nothing here limits any consumer rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.
